    • Ownership: Property located within county-owned industrial park with room for expansion both in terms of building size and parking
    • Parking Spots: 190 spots with room for expansion if necessary; Ratio: 10.6 spots per 1,000 sq. ft

    Tenant Requirements:

    • Eligible companies must commit to create at least 100 jobs over a 5-year period and sign an accountability agreement
    • During the application process, the eligible company must submit a Certificate of Existence from a state in which the company operates
    • During the application process, the eligible company must provide its stock ticker symbol or a proof of financing letter from a qualified financial institution
