Kirby Lewis-Gill

Kirby Lewis-Gill oversees industrial property development for the State of Tennessee’s Department of Economic and Community Development. He manages the Select TN Certified Sites Program, the Site Development Grant Program, and the Property Evaluation Program. Kirby joined the department in 2014 and previously held roles in marketing and business development.

Originally from Lexington, Tennessee, he is a graduate of the Oklahoma University Economic Development Institute and holds a master’s degree in economics from Vanderbilt University. He completed his undergraduate studies at Union University.
