ArtiCast Jackson to Establish Tennessee Manufacturing Presence with Expansion to Madison County

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee, Deputy Gov. and Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Stuart C. McWhorter and ArtiCast Jackson officials announced today the company will establish a Tennessee presence through an expansion to Madison County.

The company will move into the previous Pace Industries facility following its closure earlier this year. Through the project, ArtiCast Jackson will invest $10.3 million and create 100 jobs at this facility as it meets increasing demands from the aerospace, drone, defense, humanoid robotics, automotive, aftermarket, commercial truck, industrial and agricultural industries. The company’s high-pressure die casting equipment includes machines with capacity up to 1,800 tons, strengthening its ability to support a broad range of component sizes, production requirements and customer programs.

ArtiCast Jackson is a member of the Michigan-based ArtiFlex Manufacturing family of companies. ArtiFlex Manufacturing began as a joint venture in 2011 between Gerstenslager, a subsidiary of Worthington Industries, and International Tooling Solutions. Today, ArtiFlex Manufacturing employs more than 1,000 people across the globe.
