NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee, Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bob Rolfe and Valmont Industries officials announced today that the company will expand its Jasper operations by investing $15-20 million to increase the size of its manufacturing facility.
