NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee, Deputy Gov. and Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Stuart C. McWhorter and Homeland Vinyl Products officials announced today the company will expand in Hawkins County by purchasing an additional facility in Surgoinsville, Tennessee.
Homeland Vinyl will create 50 new jobs and invest $5.5 million in its new plant on Industrial Drive. Once operational, the company will establish new grinding operations with plans to create additional production lines in the future.
Homeland Vinyl creates a wide range of high quality residential and commercial vinyl products including vinyl fencing, vinyl decking and vinyl railing. Today’s announcement is the company’s third expansion in the state since relocating to Tennessee in 2015. In addition to its Tennessee presence, the company operates five other locations and employs more than 600 people across the country.
