Last weekend, TNECD’s original series “Remastered” was honored with two regional Emmy Awards. The Jack Daniel Distillery and Prophetik episodes won in the documentary culture and arts categories.

The six-episode mini-series originally premiered on RFD-TV cable network in July 2018. It focused on the personal stories behind iconic Tennessee brands including Jack Daniel’s, Lodge Cast Iron, St. Blues Guitars, United Record Pressing, Barrett Firearms Manufacturing and Prophetik Haute Couture.

“Remastered” was shot and produced over the course of 2017. The series included appearances by key influencers including John Rich of country music duo Big & Rich, Laura Daily, chief merchant for Cracker Barrel, Ketch Secor of Old Crow Medicine Show and Hunter Lewis, editor in chief of Food & Wine magazine.
